Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description. Grove Premium Finance offers a text messaging program for customers and others who opt in. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include account and payment notifications (such as payment reminders, payment confirmations, and past-due notices), responses to your inquiries, and, only if you separately opt in, marketing messages about Grove Premium Finance products and services.

Consent. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Grove Premium Finance website form or by giving consent to a Grove Premium Finance employee. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining financing or any other product or service.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address, Grove Premium Finance may send you emails about your account and, where permitted, marketing emails about our products and services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected]. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you emails about your account or transactions.
